Information Obligation
The administrator of your personal data is Cerrad Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Starachowice (27-200), at ul. Radomska 49B. You can contact the Data Administrator via email at [email protected] or in writing at the Administrator’s registered address with the note “Data Administrator.” Personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing the newsletter service, based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as – if prior consent for direct marketing has been given – based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Additionally, personal data will be processed for Cerrad Sp. z o.o.’s internal purposes, including informing about its activities, particularly organized events, provided prior consent has been given – based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. As part of these purposes, the data may be used for profiling, which aims to tailor the provided information to your needs and interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your data may be shared with entities processing data on our behalf, but only to the extent necessary for achieving the aforementioned purposes, including IT service providers and marketing support entities. These entities process data based on agreements with the Administrator and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions.
