For the fourth time the Cerrad company is going to present its product at the international Cersaie fairs in Bologna. On the 160 m²stand the tile producer will show its flagship products – large format porcelain slabs ULTIME, terrace tiles and new products which will be soon launched on the market.

Cersaie is the biggest and most prestigious event in the tile manufacturing industry in Europe. Every year tile manufacturers come to Bologna to discuss the latest trends and technological developments and present their newest collections. The event has huge business potential and every participant prepare its stand very meticulously. The fairs will define the industry’s development directions in the forthcoming months. We believe that our products will match the market trends of the next season. We want to show our large format slabs, nature-inspired collections and terrace tiles which will be a perfect complement for our other collections designed for interiors.

Cerrad will present the new large format porcelain slabs ULTIME, 160 x 320 cm, inspired by stylish marble – black Marquina and white Statuario – and raw Concrete. These collections will be shown in totally different formats. Among the nature-inspired tiles, worth mentioning are wood effect tiles which perfectly reproduce the graining of wood. During the fairs the company will show new formats of wood-inspired products.

New size, new possibilities. Cerrad expands the Acero and Tonella collections

Porcelain, nature-inspired tiles form a substantial part of Cerrad’s solutions, the most important among them being imitation wood and concrete. Among the former worth mentioning are Acero and Tonella collections, color body porcelain tiles, which are now available in 160 x 20 cm.

While designing our dream place we often wonder about the best material for walls and floors. The Cerrad designer choose porcelain tiles – they are very durable and combine great quality with aesthetic values.

The Acero and Tonella collections, color body wood look tiles, perfectly reproduce the graining of wood. Their universal character and a wide range of colors – from light and slightly cold bianco to warm, intense marrone and brown – make them perfect both for modern and classic, rustic designs.

A rarely seen format, 160×20 cm, attracts attention and allows the creation of a classy and original floor. The tiles will complement perfectly a living room where life goes fast and fill bedrooms and bathrooms with peace and harmony.

Cerrad opens a state-of-the-art factory in Starachowice and launches the production of the biggest large format tiles in Poland

Cerrad has finished the construction of a new, fully automated factory in Starachowice. The investment consisted in building one of the most modern tile production plants in the world, worth 120 million PLN. Advanced production technologies enable to manufacture the biggest large format tiles in Poland, 160 x 320 cm.

It is the company’s third production plant located in Starachowice. The implemented technological solutions enable to expand the Cerrad’s product portfolio. At the factory, which covers an area of 32 000 m², 80 employees will be contracted and the production output will reach 4 million m² of tiles per year.

– Our production plant is the effect of the implemented development strategy which consists in investing in infrastructure and technology, in order to offer innovative products which set new trends in the interior design. I have no doubt that large format tiles ULTIME, 160 x 320 cm, set such a trend. Now we can offer products which were not available earlier on the market. We make designers’ and investors’ dreams come true – says Paweł Bąk, the President of the Cerrad’s Board.

The modern technology which enables to obtain a unique design effect, opens new segments of the market for the company and strengthens its position as the industry’s innovator. The new technological solutions allow to introduce new lines of high performance and highly aesthetic products. The new premium brand ULTIME redefines the notion of large format tiles and opens new design opportunities – particularly for construction projects. It is worth mentioning that the tiles are pressed as pieces 160 x 480 cm and then cut before the firing, making it possible to choose their final size. This method allows for the production of smaller sizes so as to expand the collection and offer customers a wider range of products. The tiles will be available in three versions: matt, polished and lappato.

The new plant has already begun production of porcelain tiles. The modern production line complete with dry pressing technology is capable of producing high-quality products with thicknesses ranging from 3 to 20 mm. Along with the Ultime brand collections, the new plant will also be able to produce much more affordable products catering for a wider group of customers, such as color body porcelain for indoor and outdoor use and weatherproof tiles suitable for terraces and gardens.

Large size Ultime slabs are already available on the Polish market and later this year will reach customers in Europe, Asia and the USA.

Nature-inspired design. Cerrad presents Acero and Tonella – new porcelain collections

Color body porcelain tiles are gaining more and more recognition from architects and investors. The Cerrad designers are aware of that fact and expand their portfolio by adding new collections, Acero and Tonella.

The new collections of color body tiles have been designed to cater for the needs of fans of natural architectural solutions. Acero and Tonella combine unique design with great quality. These rectified color body tiles, even during intensive use, preserve their colors and patterns. They are perfect for place where life moves fast and is very intense but in harmony with nature. A wide range of colors combined with very aesthetic surface makes them perfect for various projects. They can form an elegant background for modern living-rooms and on the other hand they can be a perfect match for simple Scandinavian kitchens or trendy vintage bedrooms.

Foggia, stylish interior

Foggia- a range of 6.5×24.5cm clinker tiles inspired by black & white brick. Colours available in the range are: bianco, gris, and nero.

This collection of clinker tiles is a universal and timeless addition to any stylish interior. The irregular tile structure draws attention and fantastically brings out the interior’s style. The bianco, gris and nero colours complement retro-style arrangements, while a synthesis of these colours can also create appealing art-deco results.
